Sealed bids for ASPHALT STREET PROJECTS ST 1704
of the City of Dodge City, Kansas will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13th, 2017. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid opening. A bid tabulation will be available on the City of Dodge City’s website until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16th, 2017.
The project consists of: Reconstructing and Milling & Inlaying sections of Asphalt Streets.
All bids shall be submitted on forms which can be found on the City of Dodge City’s website, under the Bid Posting link or at the following link; http://www.dodgecity.org/bids.asp. The proposed contract documents consisting of specifications together with information for bidders, bid proposal forms, and forms of contract, performance bond and statutory bond, can also be viewed on the city’s website at the link listed above.
