Paying Your Utility Bill
Utility payments can be made by:

• Cash or check
• Via mail
• In drop box on the north side of City Hall
• In person at the Water Counter, City Hall
• Automatic Bank Withdrawal

Credit Card Payment
Visa and Mastercard accepted via telephone or at the Water Counter in City Hall (Online payment not available at this time)

Reminder: Please be aware that if you make payment through your bank's online banking system, you should allow 10-12 days for the payment to reach us.

Automatic Withdrawals
The City also offers monthly automatic withdrawal from your bank account to pay your utility bill. Download a Bank Draft authorization form.

Email Notifications
The City of Dodge City now has the capability of e-notification for utility billing accounts. If you are interested in email notification for your City utility bill, please email Rita Stein and request e-notification for your account. Please include your account number in the email. You will receive the e-notification the day that your account bills. You will still continue to receive a postcard bill as well.
