NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for forty (40) new golf cars for the City of Dodge City Kansas will be received at City Hall, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 9:00 a.m. Friday, March 24^th 2023.  Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid opening.  

The equipment consists of the following:  Forty (40) new and unused gasoline powered, fuel-injected golf cars equipped with as specified in the bid specifications.    

Bid sheets, specifications and other pertinent information may be obtained by contacting Ryan Reid at or on the city’s web site at www.dodgecity.org/bids

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
