NOTICE TO BIDDERS
New Trucks

Sealed bids are invited and will be received until 10:00 a.m, local time, on Wednesday, September 27th at the office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, Dodge City, Kansas 67801-0880.  All bids will be opened at City Hall immediately thereafter.
SCOPE;   The equipment consists of: new trucks.
Bid sheets, specifications and other pertinent information may be obtained by contacting Ryan Reid, Director of Administrative Services at /bids or (620) 225-8100. Specifications may also be obtained by going to the City’s website www.dodgecity.org\bids

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
