The City of Dodge City, Kansas (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified HVAC contractors to provide labor, materials, parts, equipment, freight, hoisting, and all related services required to complete repairs and restoration of rooftop HVAC equipment located at:

United Wireless Arena
 4100 W. Comanche Street
 Dodge City, Kansas

This project includes mechanical replacement and restoration of original manufacturer equipment components on AAON rooftop units, as well as installation of a new Honeywell BACnet control system as described herein.
