The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit and select a qualified roofing contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install a retrofit TPO roofing overlay system over an existing metal roof at a City-owned facility.

The intent of this project is to extend the service life of the existing roof system, improve weather resistance, and provide a long-term watertight roofing solution.
