The Human Resource Department is responsible for all actions as pertain to the City's full time, part time and temporary employees as follows:
- All Human Resource functions
- Labor relations
- Union contract negotiations
- Employee Benefits (health, life, dental, etc.)
- Risk Management(workers compensation)
- ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act)
